Capacitive Power Supply Used for LED Lighting Refitment.
So I went this route with the capacitive power supply. I found experimentally the fixture needed a 40 volt supply at approximately 1 Amp. This had been determined via a variable current and variable voltage power supply.
The other item was a hand lamp with 27 LEDs that had been powered originally by a Nicad Battery pack. The NiCads had failed rather quickly, so the array was a prime candidate. Continue reading
